To surely suck and discharge a spun yarn filament at cut-off of yarn at the same receiving speed as that of normal operation by providing an aspirator with cutter on the lower stream of a receiving roller and on the upper stream of 3 drawing roller.

An aspirator with cutter 6A of 6B is provided on the lower stream of a receiving roller 8 and the upper stream of a drawing roller 9. When cutoff of yarn is generated in a winder 14, no passing of a yarn filament Y is detected by a yarn detector 13 provided directly on the winder 14, the aspirator with cutter 6A or 6B is operated, and suction of the yarn filament Y is begun simultaneously with cut-off of the yarn filament Y. By the aspirator with cutter 6A or 6B, suction of the yarn filament Y is carried out after the yarn filament Y is passed through the receiving roller 8, hence the receiving speed of the yarn filament Y becomes the same speed of the receiving speed as that of normal operation, and the receiving speed is not changed.
