PURPOSE: To provide the title yarns suitable for yarn-and-cloth-dyeable milled knitted fabrics with high milled shrinkage like those of flano fabrics realized, leading to favorable bulkiness, nerve, resilience and animal hair feeling along with excellent anti-pilling nature, also excellent in mechanical strength, pleatability, stretchability and durability taking advantage of the characteristics of synthetic fiber.
CONSTITUTION: The objective combined spun yarns made up of (A) 10-70wt.% of polyester composite fiber staples having the following characteristics: (1) two kinds of polymer are conjugated eccentrically; (2) 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component copolymerization rate A for both the components : 1.5-5.5mol%, and the difference in such rate: ≥1.1mol%; (3) polymer components' intrinsic viscosity [η] and said rate A (mol%) satisfy the relationship: 160[η]-86≤A≤160[η]-70 and (B) natural animal hair.
