PURPOSE: To clean an excessive liquid developer excellently by providing a net driving means for tightening a roller squeeze net which covers the whole roller uniformly to the whole roller.

CONSTITUTION: A net support rod 104 and the net 107 which has enough area to cover the roller 5 held on a net fixation rod 106 are arranged. When a squeeze roller 5 leaves a drum 1 sufficiently, a motor 103 rotates as shown by an arrow to move a belt 102 and the net support rod 104 which is movable integrally with the belt 102, and the net 107 covers the squeeze roller 5. When the motor 103 further rotates as shown by the arrow, the roller 5 is squeezed more with the net 107. Consequently, excessive toner remaining in the roller 5 is removed sufficiently to fall and collected in a tank part 8.
