Title:
SQUID TYPE MAGNETIC FLUX METER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3789024
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a DC voltage component based on a DC magnetic field signal.
SOLUTION: A SQUID type magnetic flux meter is provided with a magnetic field measuring means 1 having a detecting coil 1a which detects a weak magnetic field generated from a measuring point and a SQUID(superconducting quantum interference device) 1b which outputs an electric signal in accordance with the magnetic flux from the magnetic field detected by means of the coil 1a, a SQUID driving means 2 which outputs the electric signal outputted from the SQUID 1b as its output signal by feeding back the electric signal as a magnetic flux, and a first converting means 3 which converts the electric signal outputted from the SQUID 1b into digital data. The magnetic flux meter is also provided with an extracting means 4 which extracts digital data from the digital data converted by means of the converting means 3, a second converting means 5 which holds the digital data corresponding to an extracted DC voltage component and converts the digital data into an electric signal, and a means 6 which cancels a DC voltage component proportional to the weak magnetic field based on the electric signal converted by means of the second converting means 5.
