Alternatively, a tube return member rotating in cooperation with the eccentric rotor is pushed against the tube crushed in a flat shape, and the tube is returned in a circular shape, and the phenomenon of sticking the tube to the ring-shaped pressurizing member is prevented, and an energizing means of pushing back the tube in the inverse direction by the tube return member is constituted as a part of the eccentric rotor, and the purpose is inexpensively attained without separately constituting a tube pulling preventive member.
