A stabilized pharmaceutical composition in lyophillized form comprising: a cyclic polypeptide compound represented by the following general formula (I), wherein R<1> is hydrogen or acyl group, R<2> is hydrogen or acyl group, R<3> is lower alkyl which has one or more hydroxy or protected hydroxy, R<4> is hydrogen or hydroxy, R<5> is hydrogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy or hydroxysulfonyloxy, and R<6> is hydroxy or acyloxy, or a salt thereof, and a stabilizer.
