Title:
STABILIZED POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3021222
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To immediately recover an output of a power supply and to avoid the effect that the circuit becomes an overheat state again by constituting the circuit so that even after the output stops due to the overheat state, its state is maintained for a while.
CONSTITUTION: When a temperature of a connecting part of a transistor TR8 reaches a prescribed temperature, the transistor TR8 is turned on, and a transistor TR10 is turned off, and as a result, a transistor TR11 is turned on, a transistor for controlling a voltage is turned off and an output stops. Simultaneously, an FF circuit 13 is set, and a state of the output stop is maintained. After a voltage control element is cooled enough, a power supply voltage is turned on, and when Vcc rises, the FF circuit 13 is reset by an operation of a differential amplifier 9 and the transistor for controlling a voltage is turned on. In such a way, the state in which the output is recovered immediately after the output of the power supply circuit stops and the circuit becomes an overheat state again, can be avoided.
