To provide a stabilizing composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material which enhances drying property after stabilization, stabilizes print quality and improves solubility in preparation of a concentrated composition, therefore increases productivity, suppresses composition variation of a processing solution due to hunting in dissolution and gives stable performance, and to provide a concentrated stabilizing composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material.

The stabilizing composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material used in a process of developing the silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a compound represented by formula (I), wherein the ratio of ammonium ions to all cations contained is ≥50 mol%.
