Title:
STABILIZING VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5515513
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make an output voltage stable against variation in temperature by nearly equalizing the current density values of a pair of transistors for temperature compensation. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit composed of npn transistors Q1 and Q2 and pnpTr Q3 diode-connected to Zener diode Z1 shifts the level of power voltage Vcc on which output power supply Vout bases. In series to this series circuit, TrQ9 and resistance R4 are connected and TrQ9 is applied at its base with a constant voltage obtained by resistance R1 and Zener diode Z1. This voltage is supplied via the constant current circuit composed of resistances R2 and R3 and TrQ8. Further, a levelshifted output from TrQ3 is applied to the base of TrQ4 and TrQ5 is connected to this TrQ4; and the voltage shifted to the earth side is shifted to the power supply side and output Vout is led out from the base of TrQ5. In addition, relations between Trs Q2 and Q3, and Q4 and Q5 are nearly equalized by TrQ7 whose base is connected to the connection point of Trs Q5 and Q6.
