Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a stable aqueous transparent solution of lipid and a powdery composition capable of preserving the aqueous transparent solution for a long period of time.
CONSTITUTION: One or more water-soluble compounds selected from neutral lipid, true wax, sterol, sterol ester, phospholipid, sulfolipid, higher alcohol, higher hydrocarbon and fat-soluble vitamin are uniformly added to water with a higher fatty acid and/or an aliphatic amine by applying physical disturbance. Further, the solution is mixed with an excipient and dried to give a powdery composition. By using a small amount of a fatty acid and/or an aliphatic amine, an aqueous transparent solution of stable lipid can be obtained. The method for preparation is extremely simple. The aqueous transparent solution can be stably preserved as a powdery composition (e.g. freeze-dried substance) for a long period of time and has greatly excellent reproducibility from the powder composition.
