Abstract:

To obtain the subject preparation by including aspirin and simultaneously a stabilizer selected from 2-20C organic esters, glycerol fatty acid esters, silicone oils, hydrocarbon oils and crotamiton.

This preparation simultaneously contains aspirin and one or more kinds of compounds selected from 2-20C organic acid esters, glycerol fatty acid esters, silicone oils, hydrocarbon oils and crotamiton as stabilizers. The 2-20C organic acid esters include the esters of myristic acid and isooctanoic acid. The glycerol fatty acid esters include sesame oil and middle chain fatty acid triglycerides. The hydrocarbon oils include liquid paraffin and squalane. The aspirin is added in an amount of 0.001-30 wt.% based on the total amount of the preparation, and the stabilizer is added in an amount of 0.1-20 times pts.wt. per pt.wt. of the aspirin. Thereby, the stability of the aspirin is maintained for a long period, and the preparation excellent in the transdermal absorption of the aspirin is obtained.
