Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an eye lotion effective in suppressing the hydrolysis of an ester-type nonionic surfactant and the decomposition of a naphazoline salt and stably storable over a long period.
CONSTITUTION: The objective eye lotion contains an ester-type nonionic surfactant, a glycyrrhizic acid salt, a naphazoline salt and a tocopherol compound. In the above composition, the amount of the glycyrrhizic acid salt is 100-500wt.% based on the ester-type nonionic surfactant and the pH of the agent is adjusted to 5.0-6.0.
