Abstract:
To provide a stable isotope concentrator of which a starting time can be shortened by a simple configuration, and a stable isotope concentration method.SOLUTION: A stable isotope concentrator 100 comprises: a distillation tower group in which a plurality of distillation towers are cascade-connected; a raw material introduction path 30 which introduces a stable isotope having a purity of a natural abundance ratio or higher to one distillation tower of the distillation tower group as a raw material; and a product derivation path 31 which derives a concentrated stable isotope from other distillation towers as a product. At least one or more distillation towers of the distillation tower group have one or more introduction ports 40 that introduce a stable isotope having a purity higher than that of the raw material into the distillation tower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
