Abstract:

To provide a method for producing an unstable amorphous benzimidazole-based compound having proton pump-inhibiting action and prepare a stable solid pharmaceutical formulation containing the same.

The stable solid pharmaceutical formulation contains granules prepared by blending a nontoxic base such as a basic inorganic salt, or the like, with the amorphous benzimidazole-based compound, applying an intermediate coating layer on an active ingredient-containing layer and coating the same with an enteric coating layer, a controlled release layer, or the like.
