Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a stable teprenone preparation containing teprenone and an L-ascorbic acid fatty acid ester, having excellent safety and long-term storage stability and useful as an agent for the treatment of peptic ulcer, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This preparation contains (A) teprenone and (B) preferably 0.1-1wt.% (based on the component A) of an L-ascorbic acid fatty acid ester containing 12-20C fatty acid residue (e.g. L-ascorbic acid stearate).
