Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked balun that excels in an attenuation characteristic outside a usage frequency band and has a wide usage frequency band, a low power loss and an excellent phase characteristic.SOLUTION: A stacked balun 10 includes insulating layers 111, 112, an unbalanced coil 13 and a balanced coil 14. The unbalanced coil 13 is formed on the insulating layer 111 and has linear electrodes 131, 132, 133. The balanced coil 14 is formed on the insulating layer 112 and has linear electrodes 141, 142, 143. A first end portion of the linear electrode 131 is connected to a first end portion of the linear electrode 133 by the linear electrode 132. A first end portion of the linear electrode 141 is connected to a first end portion of the linear electrode 143 by the linear electrode 142. A direction Dand a direction Dform an obtuse angle or a straight angle. The linear electrodes 132, 142 are separate from each other when viewed from a direction perpendicular to a main surface of a stack.
