Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the exchange of defective elements in unit of elements and the correction of connection trouble, by providing individual stacked element parts with specified pieces of electrodes for external connection each independently.
SOLUTION: A stack type of chip-shaped element 1 is constituted such that ceramics 11 are stacked in multilayer with inner electrodes 13 and 14 inbetween, and a surface electrode 12 and a rear electrode 15 are made at the surface and rear. Then, a flexible board 20 connected to one flank of the chip-shaped element 1 is provided with an extension 20a, and the ends of the electrode patterns 21 and 22 of a flexible board 20 which electrically connects the fellow alternations in stack direction of each electrode 12-15 of the chip-shaped element with each other are made two pieces of electrodes 21a and 22a for external connection. According to this constitution, the external connection of stacked electronic parts becomes easy and sure. Besides, also for the connection trouble of stacked electronic parts, it becomes possible to cope with it easily individually for each, and the exchange or repair can be performed easily and surely.
