To reduce the radiation noise of a stacked structure of a power converter and reduce its influence on an external apparatus by making as small as possible the area of a loop wherethrough common-mode currents flow.
In the stacked structure of a power converter, wirings 16, 17 interposed between a rectifier module 3 and a capacitor 4 are made close in parallel to each other by using a laminated bus bar, strands, or the like. Also, a grounding electrode or a grounding wire 18 is made close in parallel to the wirings 16, 17 by using a laminated structure or strands so that the area formed of the wirings 16, 17 and the grounding wire 18 is made as small as possible and that the noise radiated by using the loop as an antenna is reduced. As a result, since an expensive shielding material is made unnecessary, the size and price of the whole of a power converter apparatus can be reduced. The applying example of the stack structure to a matrix converter is also available.
