PURPOSE: To set an unstacker in an isolator.
CONSTITUTION: A carrier conveyor 4 consisting of a rotating roller, elevating bars 6, 7 free to elevate vertically of the conveyor 4 and a pair of holding clicks 10, 11 free to hold a tray 2 by approaching each other above the conveyor 4 are provided in an isolator 14. Cylinders 8a, 8b to elevate an elevating bar and a cylinder 12 to move the holding clicks to advance and retreat are arranged outside of the isolator. The elevating bar and its cylinder and the holding clicks and their cylinders are connected by rods 18, 19, 20, 21, 32, 33, 34, 35 respectively passing through a base 14a of the isolator 14 and a drive is transmitted to them. A part passing through the base of each of the rods is sealed by bellows type sealing members 28, 29, 30, 31, 74, 75, 76, 77.
