Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the swelling of the surfaces of adhered photographs, posters and the like by providing an adhesive material in the network pattern in the stage plate for a display panel, wherein the adhesive material is attached on the surface of a plate-shaped base material and a release sheet is provided so as to cover the surface.
CONSTITUTION: For this stage plate for a display panel, an extruded polystyrene plate, on which a skin layer is formed on the surface, is used as a base material 1. A permanent adhesion type adhesive agent is provided on the surface as the specified network pattern. The provided surface is covered with a release sheet 3. Furthermore, the area ratio of the provided part of the adhesive agent and the non-provided part is 2:1-1:2, and the line width of the attached part of the adhesive material is set at 0.5-2.0mm. When the release sheet 3 is peeled and a photograph and a poster are stuck to the provided surface of the adhesive material 2, a small space is made to remain between the base material 11 at the non-provided part of the adhesive material 2 and the photograph and the poster. The air at the interface between the photograph and rear surface of the photograph or the poster and the adhesive material 2 is dispersed into small spaces and can be escaped. Thus, the air foam (blister) can be prevented.
