Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high-performance mixer simultaneously promoting the diffusion of temp., energy and concentration and less in flow resistance.
CONSTITUTION: In a mixer arranged in a passage, plural belt-like plates are arranged at right angles to the direction of flow so as to divide the flow parallel to it. The 1st gratings in which a lot of plates having an inclined angle are arranged between the former plates so that flow between the former plates may be made at an angle to the direction of the passage and a lot of plates having an inversely inclined angle are arranged so that flow between adjacent plates may be made opposite to the first flow, and the 2nd gratings in which plates are turned by 90° are combined.
