Abstract:

To provide a stain preventing plate which is not easily stained with oil by forming a surface layer, on which a part exhibiting hydrophilic properties and a part exhibiting water repelling properties, which is exposed to bring a water repellent fluorocarbon resin into contact with outdoor air, are microscopically dispersed.

In the stain preventing plate which is disposed around a device, which produces stains due to oil, to receive the stains, a surface layer, in which a part exhibiting hydrophilic properties which is exposed to bring photocatalytic oxide particles into contact with outdoor air and a part exhibiting water repelling properties which is exposed to bring water repelling fluorocarbon resin into contact with outdoor air are formed so as to be microscopically dispersed, is formed on the surface of a base material.
