Title:
STAIN-PROOFING SHOE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3192584
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove stain, when coating, adhesive, FRP molded resin, etc., are stuck on a carapace by forming a thin layer of mixture, whose essential components are thermoplastic polyurethane and room temperature setting silicone rubber, on the surface of the shoe carapace.
SOLUTION: A thin layer whose essential components are thermoplastic polyurethane and room temperature setting silicone rubber is formed on the surface of a shoe carapace. The mixture ratios are set to 60-20wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane and 40-80wt.% room temperature setting silicone rubber, respectively. Polyisocyanate for crosslinking the thermoplastic polyurethane is added. The room temperature setting silicone rubber is made into a one-pack room temperature setting silicone rubber whose major component is organopolysiloxane. The thermoplastic polyurethane improves its sticking performance with the shoe carapace and the room temperature setting silicone rubber provides various kinds of resins such as coating, adhesive, FRP molded resin, etc., stuck on the shoe carapace with mold releasing property (namely, antifouling property).
