Title:
STAINLESS STEEL FOR AUTOMOBILE ANTENNA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61179855
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled steel superior in resistance for rust and corrosion, strength, etc., by adding specified ratios of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, N, Nb, B to Fe, and specifying Ni-bal value and Md 30 value.

CONSTITUTION: Stainless steel composed of, by wt. ratio, ≤0.080% C, 2.0W4.0% Si, ≤2.00% Mn, 8.00W13.00% Ni, 16.00W20.00% Cr, 0.30W1.50% Mo, 0.30W2.00% Cu, 0.05W0.30% N, 0.02W0.10% Nb, ≤0.002% B and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is prepd. Further, component compsn. is regulated to -2.5W+1.0 range in Ni-bal value exhibited by a formula I, and ≤0 value exhibited by a formula II. In this way, stainless steel exhibiting superior performance in use for automobile antenna is obtd.
