Abstract:

PURPOSE: To economically and inexpensively provide a stainless steel panel excellent in normal temp. and hot press workability and lubricity.

CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel panel excellent in workability and lubricity is characterized by that a resin film containing 100 pts.wt. of an org. resin based on a vinyl chloride org. resin or a viyl chloride resin and 1-50 pts.wt. of a lubricant is formed on at least one surface of a stainless steel panel in a dry film thickness of 5.0-200μm. A chromate film is pref. provided between the stainless steel panel and the resin film. The lubricant is wax. and/or fluoroplastic with an average particle size of 0.1-40μm and the average particle size thereof is pref. 0.01-0.5 times the dry film thickness of the resin film.
