Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel plate excellent in corrosion resistance, which is prevented from being early rusted even in a waterfront environment affected by sea salt particles, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Polishing marks are provided on a surface of a stainless steel plate excellent in corrosion resistance. A colored oxide film does not exist on the surface. The average number of surface detects including a cover of a metallic substrate with a maximum length of 5 μm or more on the surface is kept within five per 0.01 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
