To provide a stampable sheet which exhibits excellent appearance quality even when the one in which a part of each of a carbon fiber mat and a thermoplastic resin film constituting the stampable sheet contains a recycle material is used, in the stampable sheet obtained by impregnating the thermoplastic resin film in the carbon fiber mat composed of discontinuous carbon fibers.

(1) The thermoplastic resin film is formed by non-stretch or with a stretch ratio of five times or more by melt-extrusion (per axis in a stretch direction), (2) a thickness of the thermoplastic resin film is 100-1,000 μm, and a dispersion cv value of the thickness is 1-10%, (3) a relative viscosity ηr is 1.0-4.5, and (4) the thermoplastic resin is a polyamide.
