To enable a downstream supply service provider to grasp whether raw materials included in products of its own company comply with the law, and on the other hand, to enable an upstream supply service provider to avoid disclosing information desired to be confidential about chemical products of the own company to be supplied to the downstream supply service provider and also, providing the downstream service provider with the information.SOLUTION: A reference adaptability determination registration system includes: a reference information DB for storing reference information about reference concerning a prescribed article; an adaptability determination information DB for registering adaptability determination information including a blending table of a corresponding chemical product about the chemical product; adaptability determination means for performing determination as to whether a determination object product belonging to the article is suitable to the reference on the basis of raw materials of the determination object product, a product recipe showing its blending amount, and the reference information; and recipe development means for developing the product recipe by replacing identification information for specifying the raw materials described in the product recipe with the blending table of the chemical product in the case that the identification information of the raw materials shown by the product recipe is the chemical product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
