PURPOSE: To support even the operation of returning to a normal operation according to a standby cancel instruction by providing an automatic cancel enable terminal at a standby input control circuit and switching a signal impressed to the terminal.

CONSTITUTION: When an automatic cancel enable terminal 21 provided at a standby input control circuit 1 is set at a high level, by inputting signals at high, low and high levels to a write terminal 11, in the case of a low current consuming operation, a latch output terminal 17 is turned to the high level, the high level is impressed to a feedback control terminal 9, a standby mode terminal 13 is forcedly turned to the low level, the signal of a write selecting terminal 12 is directly transmitted to a standby write terminal 14, the low level is written in a latch circuit 2 and a main circuit 3 is returned from the low energy operation to the normal operation. When the automatic cancel enable terminal 21 is set at the low level, an automatic returning function is canceled and the operation of returning to the normal operation is enabled according to the standby cancel instruction.
