To provide a standing rehabilitation bed whose tilting speed can freely be adjusted to allow a standing rehabilitation suitable to each user.

A bed body 3 is provided on a frame 2 so that the bed body 3 can freely be tilted, and a tilt angle of the bed body 3 is adjusted by being raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder 10 provided between the frame 2 and bed body 3. A throttle valve 25 which adjusts an oil pressure to the hydraulic cylinder 10 is placed on the way of a hydraulic line 20 which is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 10 and supplies/discharges a hydraulic fluid. The tilting speed of the bed body 3 can freely be adjusted according to an opening angle of the throttle valve 25.
