Abstract:
To provide a stapler enabling binding the tips of staple feet toward a paper surface.SOLUTION: A stapler comprises: a driving member 21A for driving a staple 10A and penetrating a pair of staple feet 12A into a paper bundle P; a receiving part 32A disposed inside the pair of staple feet 12A penetrated into the paper bundle P; and a pair of movable members 31AL, 31AR disposed in the outsides of the pair of staple feet 12A, facing the receiving part 32A. The movable members 31AL, 31AR include action parts 311AL, 311AR in the end parts facing the staple feet 12A, and the receiving part 32A includes first action target parts 321AL, 321AR to be fulcrums for bending the staple feet 12A in the end part facing the staple feet 12A. The action parts 311AL, 311AR are disposed relative to the first action target parts 321AL, 321AR in a direction of separating from the driving member 21A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
