Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a part for which an adhesive is not applied on the moving line of a starching roller against a sheet material.
CONSTITUTION: This device consists of an ascending/descending base 12 energized and supported in one of the upper and the lower directions, a carrying base 2 for placing a sheet material thereon and moving forward and backward, a cam fixed to one of the ascending/descending base 12 or the carrying base 2 and a cam engaging member fixed to the other, and a link mechanism for allowing a starching roller 23 to ascend/descend by interlocking with a cam base. Also, the device is constituted so that as the sheet material is advanced, in a position where the cam is engaged with the engaging member, and ascending/descending base 12 stops and the starching roller 23 is separated from paper, and in a position where the cam is not engaged with the engaging member, the roller 23 is moved and brought into contact onto the sheet material. In such a way, since the starching roller moves vertically in accordance with the position of the cam, a part in which there is no adhesive agent can be formed by selecting the fitting position of the cam and controlling the movement of the starching roller.
