Abstract:

To shorten a time from ignition of a boiler to ventilation to a turbine, to correctly operate a start bypass system as a whole in safety and to reduce heat loss by recovering heat by disposing valves in a bypass and independently adjusting the same.

This start bypass system comprises: the boiler 1; a primary superheater (primary SH) 3 disposed downstream of the boiler 1; a secondary superheater (secondary SH) 4 disposed downstream of the primary superheater; a flash tank 5 disposed between the primary superheater (primary SH) 3 and the secondary superheater (secondary SH) 4; a primary SH bypass valve (CV-2A/B) 17 disposed between the boiler 1 and the flash tank 5, and a secondary SH bypass valve (CV-3) 18 disposed between the primary superheater (primary SH) 3 and the flash tank 5.
