Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handling property of a bag binding machine.
SOLUTION: A photo interrupter 27 to detect presence/absence of a connection type binder is provided on a binder passage of a bag binding machine, and connected to a motor control part. The photo interrupter 27 is located at the eighth binder 9h from the top binder on a binder guide 17. The motor control part makes a count every time the action of one cycle is performed after seven binders are left behind, and the ON signal is outputted from the photo interrupter. No binders are left when the count value is seven, and the start of the motor is prohibited at this point. When a binder for replenishment is charged in the binder guide 17, the output of the photo interrupter is turned off to release the start prohibition.
