Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly start a vehicle even in the case of performing the inspection of vehicle conditions prior to the start of the vehicle in a stop condition.
SOLUTION: A detection controller 19 judges whether the concentration of detected hydrogen is over a specified concentration or not by operating a hydrogen sensor 23 by the power supplied via a current controller 11 from a power storage device 12 prior to the unlocking of a vehicle door by a locking and unlocking controller 17 when it is judged that a portable terminal 3 answering the identification information on terminal side agreeing with the identification information on the vehicle side is approaching toward the vehicle 10 in the condition that an ignition key 25 is off and a vehicle door is locked. In the case where the concentration of hydrogen is under a specified concentration, it outputs a command signal which directs the unlocking of the vehicle door to a locking and unlocking controller 17. In case that the concentration of hydrogen is over the specified concentration, it outputs a command signal which directs the operation of an alarm device 21 and a ventilator 22 to an alarm/ventilation controller 20.
