Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a starter relay and a starter from being overheated.
CONSTITUTION: A starter overrun preventing device has a temperature detecting means detecting the temperature of at least one of a starter 1 and a starter relay 2, a timer set time changing means shortening the set time of a timer 6 in response to the rise of the detected temperature, and a thermal switch operated by the rise of the temperature of at least one of the starter 1 and the starter relay 2 to preferentially cut off the starter relay 2.
