Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and satisfactorily synchronize the idle openings between cylinders of each throttle body by forming a plurality of idle communicating holes communicating with a second passage toward the same direction in a shaft valve.
SOLUTION: A valve body 12 constituting a starting control valve device 11 has a through-hole 25 orthogonal to second passages 24 and communicating with the second passages 24, and a round bar-like shaft valve 26 is rotatably provided in the through-hole 25. The shaft valve 26 has the same number as the cylinder number of idle communicating holes 27 in the same direction orthogonal to the axial line, and sealants 28 are provided on both sides with pinching the second passages 24 in between to make each second passage 24 airtight. The shaft valve 26 is rotated to allow idle communicating holes 27 formed in the shaft valve 26 to communicate with the second passages 24, whereby air is fed from an air cleaner into the intake passage of a throttle body through the valve body 12 and a bypass tube.
