PURPOSE: To cheaply constitute a battery in small size with high reliability by eliminating a drop of voltage at the time of starting with a load.

CONSTITUTION: A series circuit of a bleeder resistor 19 and a fuse 24 is connected between electrodes 15, 16. A resistance value of the bleeder resistor 19 is 1/10 or less resistance of a load 17. When a battery 11 is started by a starter 12, voltage (v) is generated to increase also a current (i), flowing in the bleeder resistor 19, with increase of this voltage (v), and chemical reaction of the battery is promoted to place the chemical reaction and the voltage (v) in a steady condition, thereafter the fuse 24 is melted broken. When the load 17 is started, no drop of the voltage (v) is generated.
