Title:
STARTUP CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3479060
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a startup circuit capable of accurately generating a startup signal even when a power source is restarted immediately after the supply of a power source potential is interrupted, that is, even when the supply of the power source potential is shortly power interrupted.
SOLUTION: The startup circuit comprises a capacity element C11 for charging a charge from a power source node T1, a capacity element C13, a charge charging/discharging means 101, and a charge discharging means 103. The element C13 lowers the potential level of a node n2 in response to the stop of supplying the power source potential VCC to the node T1. The means 101 discharges the charge stored in the element C11 to the node T1 in response to the drop of the potential of the node n2 when the supply of the potential VCC is stopped, and supplies the charge from the note T1 to the element C11 when the potential VCC is supplied to the node T1. The means 103 discharges the charge stored in the element C11 during a predetermined period after the potential VCC is started to be supplied to the node T1, to a ground node T2.
