PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state detection device, a state detection method, a state detection program, a data processing system and a data output device which can detect a state accurately in a short period.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 111A acquires a power generation amount of a power generating cell and an amount of insolation, a power generation amount estimation unit 113A calculates an estimated power generation amount of the power generating cell on the basis of the amount of insolation acquired by the acquisition unit and an installation condition of the power generating cell, and a state determination unit 114 determines the state of the power generating cell on the basis of the estimated power generation amount calculated by the power generation amount estimation unit and the power generation amount of the power generating cell.
