PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state notification system of a walking support machine that, when a user of the walking support machine goes out, can perform telephone conversation and communication with a management server in a remote place, and notify the remote place of a state of the walking support machine user in a place where he or she has gone.SOLUTION: A state notification system of a walking support machine includes: a walking support machine 1 provided with a state notification device 20 including a state information acquisition part 201 for acquiring state information on a user or his/her surroundings, a state information determination part 202 for determining whether or not transmission of a user state notification information to a control device 2 is necessary based on the state information, a transmission part 203 for transmitting the user state notification information to the control device 2 through a communication network based on the result of the determination by the state information determination part 202, a reception part 204 for receiving state confirmation information from the control device 2, and an output part 205 for outputting the state confirmation information; and the control device 2 for, through the communication network, receiving the user state notification information from one or more walking support machines, and transmitting the state confirmation information to the walking support machines 1.
