Title:
STATIC ELIMINATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004311381
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a device in which static can be removed in such a moderate condition that a relatively strong electromagnetic wave will not be formed.

An oxygen ion generating device is in the vicinity of a static-charged object, and it is characterised in that it pinches a perovskite type compound superior in redox ability by both negative and positive electrodes, makes a current flow between the electrodes, makes an oxygen molecule contact with the perovskite type compound, introduces a reduction reaction between electrons which flow between the electrodes and the oxygen molecules by the reducing action of the perovskite type compound, and removes the static electricity by making oxygen ions formed by the reduction reaction fly by electrostatic suction action of the charged object.
