Abstract:
PURPOSE:To certainly receive and deliver working oil between a pump and a motor by installing a distributing valve for the communication between the pump cylinder hole and the motor cylinder hole and providing the reciprocating movement for an eccentric ring. CONSTITUTION:A distributing valve 44 which controls the alternate communication of the high-pressure and low-pressure passages 40 and 41 to a cylinder hole is installed onto the second valve board set between a pump cylinder 7 and a motor cylinder. An eccentric ring 47 is installed which moves in reciprocation, having the quantity of eccentricity as stroke in a valve hole 45, accompanied by the revolution of the motor cylinder. Therefore, working oil ban be received and delivered between a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor without relatively revolving the pump cylinder and the motor cylinder, and transmission efficiency can be improved.
