Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a member applied to a housing such as large diameter piping, a gas-liquid contacting column, a reactor or the like, requiring no large- sized press at low cost.
CONSTITUTION: On both sides of the central line of a plate material, blade parts 107 and chipped parts 108 each having a fixed width are alternately arranged. On one side and the other side of the central line, the blade parts 107 and the chipped parts 108 are arranged respectively, reversely each other. The 1st static mixing part materials 102, 102' in the shape of L are formed by bending the plate material into a prescribed angle in the same direction along the central line. Two of the 1st static mixing part materials 102, 102' are assembled in parallel to the axial direction of the housing (the inflow direction of fluid Aq) with blade parts opposite to each other to form the 1st module preliminary bodies 103, 103'. The 1st module preliminary bodies are assembled in the rectangular direction to the axial direction of the housing to form the 1st static mixing module 101 which is packed in a housing 100.
