Abstract:
To provide a static pressure fluid support device which enables adjustment of an initial gap between a valve seat part and a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A variable throttle device 10 includes: a housing 20 having an internal space 21; a fluid storage chamber 21b which is filled with a fluid; a fluid supply chamber 21a including a fluid flow out passage 23 communicating with a static pressure pocket 5 at a valve seat part 24; a diaphragm 30 which partitions the fluid supply chamber 21a from the fluid storage chamber 21b in the internal space 21 and in which one surface faces the valve seat part 28b across a predetermined initial gap G; and a gap adjustment mechanism 27 which is provided between the valve seat part 28b and the diaphragm 30 and may adjust the initial gap G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
