Abstract:
To provide a station service apparatus, a ticket vending machine, a ticket examination machine, and a control program for a station service apparatus that eliminate the need to perform a manual setting operation and can output an easily audible voice for a user.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a station service apparatus has a microphone, a speaker, a sensor, and a processor. The microphone picks up a sound. The speaker outputs a sound. The sensor detects approach of a user. In a case where the sensor detects approach of the user, the processor sets the sound volume of a voice to be output from the speaker in accordance with the sound volume of the sound picked up by the microphone, and executes station service processing including voice guidance at the set sound volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
