PURPOSE: To reduce the deformation of a coil except a head section by inserting a spacer, on which an insulator for releasing a mold is wound, between an outer-diametral side conductor and an inner-diametral side conductor for the head section of the coil.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of flat-type insulating wires 4 as a conductor are wound and molded and insulated in a diamond type in a stator coil 1. The stator coil 1 is incorporated into a slot for a stator core, and fixed by driving a wedge. Rear insulators 5 are wound on the coil-head section conductors 4, spacers 6 in which insulators for releasing molds are wound on insulating boards are inserted among the conductors, and grounding insulation 7 is provided. Accordingly, the stator coil, which can be incorporated easily into a slot for the stator core without deterioration in insulation, is acquired.
