Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture a product having excellent pitch accuracy inexpensively by laminating fixedly many nonmagnetic rings and magnetic rings having the prescribed thickness at every other one axially on the outer periphery of a rod unit. CONSTITUTION:A rod nit 1 is formed of a low carbon steel tube, a ring 1a of the same material is press-fitted to one end, and threads 4 are formed at the other end. Rings 2, 3 having equal thickness are formed of magnetic and nonmagnetic materials, and engaged with the unit 1 at every other ones. A recess 6 to be engaged with the bearing of the movable element, not shown, and a positioning recess 8 are formed on the rings 2, 3. A pin 7 is inserted to the recess 8, and the end of the pin 7 is inserted to the hole 9 of the ring 1a, positioned, and the rings 2, 3 are secured by a clamp 5. Thus, a product having an excellent pitch accuracy is obtained inexpensively. This is adapted for an NC machine tool and a printer head.
