Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a magnet generator by engaging the edges of a core for each generating coil with the recess of a connecting frame, inserting the leads and lead wirings of each generating coil into the slot of the frame, and integrally molding them. CONSTITUTION:Projections 1e, 1f which are projected from the hears 1a, 1b of the core of a generating coil 1 and projections 2e, 3f of the edges 2a, 2b of a generating coil 2 are respectively engaged with the recesses 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d of connecting frames 4a, 4b. Then, leads 1c, 1d of the coils 1a and lead wirings 3c, 3b are connected, inserted into the slots 7a, 7b of the connecting frame 4b, the lead 2c of the coil 2 and lead wirings 3a are connected, and inserted into the slot 7c of the frame 4b. After the components are all aligned in this manner, they are mounted in a molding die, and connections 5a, 5b to be molded are molded with resin.
