Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator from which a coil is easily disassembled, and to provide a method and an apparatus for disassembling the stator from which the coil is easily disassembled at a good yield.
SOLUTION: The disassembling method of the stator 1 where a coil 3 is disposed to a slot 4 which is provided on the inner periphery of a cylindrical core 2 and comprises an opening 4a, includes a process for enlarging the opening 4a of the slot 4 and a process for taking the coil 3 out of the slot 4. The core of stator easily deforms at the part of low radial crushing strength for easy disassembling of the coil. So such stator as varnish process is applied is easily disassembled. A stator with excellent heat-resistance and vibration-resistance is provided.
